Alexander Jones founded VA Innovation in 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise from his notable career across a number of industries including Aerospace engineering, TICC, and Financial services.
His transition to consulting during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic reflects his commitment to helping businesses adapt and thrive.
With an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in History, Alexander combines academic knowledge with practical experience. His qualifications include an ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2® certification, which enables him to deliver pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
At the heart of Derbyshire, where he balances his professional endeavours with the joys of a young family, Alexander’s approach is grounded in the realities of today’s dynamic business environment.

Holding a Bachelor's degree and with a background enriched by experience in key customer-focused roles, Sarah has a keen sense of the nuanced needs of businesses, especially in navigating post-pandemic challenges. Living in Derbyshire with Alexander and their young children, Sarah is deeply invested in fostering a strong community ethos both at home and within VA Innovation.
